摘 要:对市场上现有的锆系列产品进行了分类,重点介绍了氯氧化锆、硅酸锆、碳酸锆、电熔锆、复合锆粉料、海绵锆等各产品2016年的市场状况,并对各类锆产品目前市场行情和未来发展趋势进行了分析和预测。

核电用锆合金管材超声检测的有效性初探

摘要:本文试图通过对比核电用锆合金包壳管超声伤波幅与实物解剖结果的探讨,以期找到波幅与缺陷尺寸的关系,进一步来确认在超声检测方法和设备稳定可靠的前提下超声检测方法对发现管材内部缺陷的可靠性。 讨论认为,在超声检测方法和设备稳定可靠的前提下,超声探伤可以检测出产品超出技术标准规定的缺陷,但是由于缺陷存在方向性有,因此缺陷深度与超声标准伤信号幅值不完全呈线性关系,但其总体趋势是波幅越高,伤越深。

Preliminary Research on the UT Validity for Nuclear Zircalloy Tubing

Abstract : Comparing the UT amplitude and anatomical results of the corresponding sample, this paper attempts to find out the relationship between the UT amplitude and the defect size in order to confirm that UT testing is reliable to detect the product defects under the conditions of the appropriate of equipments and UT method. It is believed that UT testing can detect the product defects which size were defined by the product specification, but due to the direction of the defects ,there is no completely linear relationship, but overall tendency is that the amplitude is higher, the deeper the defect.

酸洗对Zr-4合金管材氟残留的影响

摘要:本文采用高温水解分光光度法研究酸洗工艺、缺陷波幅以及取样位置对Zr-4合金管材氟残留的影响规律。结果表明:随着锆离子浓度的增加,管材表面酸洗后的氟残留数值先增加后减少。随着冲水时间的延长,氟残留的数值会略有降低。Zr-4合金的氟残留的数值与缺陷处波幅无明显的线性对应关系。管材头部氟残留数值最低,中部次之,尾部最大。

Effect of Picking process on Fluorine Present of Zr-4 alloy Pipe

Abstract: In this paper, high temperature hydrolysis spectrophotometric method(HTHSM) was used to test the fluorine present of Zr-4 alloy Pipe in the picking process, defect amplitude and sample point. The result shows that the fluorine present value are first quickly increased and then slightly decreased while the Zirconium ion concentration is rising. As the extension of flushing time, fluorine residual value will decrease slightly. It is also found that the fluorine present value have little effect on defect amplitude. The fluorine present value in the top of pipe is higher than the middle and the end of pipe, the lowest fluorine present value is on the end of pipe.
